Once you go flat, you are somewhere else.
When adventuring, the most notable aspect of commerce is the fierce proclamative tendency for its dwelling state. I thought I would nab the heart of Texas music, but upon exploring the store realized that although the owner is half deaf and ancient, there is no way that the establishment is truly some mecca in the live music capitol of the world.
Food trailers are a predominant culture icon of Austin. You can get some pretty decadent grub in them buses.

Ferme la terre bleue
A few years ago, I had the pleasure of attending a Thanksgiving harvest party weekend in Elgin, Quebec. Many of the people with which I enjoyed that weekend became great, long-lasting friends of mine. It was hence with great pleasure that this commission was created for the venerable Quinns, à la request of their good son Jonathan. Don't tell, it might be a surprise.
